What you'll do
As the Director of Customer Success, you will be responsible for leading a hybrid team of Professional Services Managers and Individual Contributors. You will oversee the delivery of world-class account management to NICEโs clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded. Your role will involve developing and executing retention strategies that align with company goals, as well as collaborating with the Sales division to enhance product penetration within existing accounts.
You will work closely with the Professional Services team to build strong relationships with both new and existing customers. This includes being attentive to their immediate needs and leveraging company resources to address how clients can better interact with their customers using NICE technology products. You will also partner with regional leaders to effectively manage a global team, ensuring that customer outcomes are prioritized across all customer-facing teams.
