Nitra is hiring a Director of Customer Success to lead the post-sale customer experience. You'll manage a team of Customer Success Managers and work closely with various departments to enhance customer engagement. This role requires strong leadership skills and experience in customer success.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in customer success, with extensive experience in managing customer relationships and driving engagement. You thrive in high-velocity environments and are comfortable leading a team to deliver exceptional post-sale experiences. Your ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams sets you apart, as you understand the importance of collaboration in achieving customer satisfaction.

You possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to assess customer needs and develop strategies that enhance their experience with Nitra's products. Your leadership style is hands-on, and you lead by example, stepping into key client conversations when necessary. You are passionate about building processes that scale and improve the customer journey, ensuring that every interaction adds value.

What you'll do

As the Director of Customer Success, you will own the entire customer lifecycle, starting from initial activation and onboarding through long-term engagement and growth. You will manage and scale a team of Customer Success Managers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet customer needs effectively. Your role will involve collaborating closely with Product, Sales, Engineering, and Operations teams to drive usage, reduce churn risk, and ensure that Nitra delivers measurable value to every customer.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing customer success strategies that align with Nitra's mission to build a more efficient healthcare system. This includes creating processes and systems that support a large, fast-growing base of healthcare practices. You will analyze customer feedback and usage data to identify areas for improvement and work proactively to address any issues that arise.
