What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and deploying Conversational AI solutions tailored to specific business and technical requirements. You will build and maintain integrations using modern web technologies and authentication standards, ensuring that all project deliverables are executed to the highest quality. Your work will involve developing proofs of concept and production-ready components that showcase the capabilities of the NICE CXone ecosystem.

You will support testing, validation, and go-live activities, ensuring that solutions are functioning as expected across customer environments. Your technical expertise will be crucial in diagnosing and resolving complex issues that arise during implementation. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that customer expectations are met and exceeded, contributing to the overall success of the projects you work on.
