Your expertise in .NET Core and Angular allows you to build high-quality applications that meet industry standards. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver secure software within an Agile framework. Your excellent communication skills enable you to effectively engage with teams across different time zones, particularly in the UK and US.

You are adept at writing, testing, and maintaining code that adheres to internal guidelines and best practices. You understand the importance of writing reusable code and libraries, and you are committed to ensuring that applications are built to modern security standards. Your experience includes writing automated tests to guarantee appropriate test coverage and participating in code reviews, both as a reviewer and reviewee.

What you'll do

As a Software Engineer at NICE, you will be responsible for developing applications that support our omni-channel communication platform. You will write, test, and maintain code, ensuring it meets the highest quality standards. You will collaborate with your team during Scrum ceremonies, contributing to the Agile delivery process. Your role will involve creating and maintaining documentation for your work, ensuring that all processes are transparent and well-documented.

You will take on defined tasks of low to medium complexity, allowing you to grow your skills and take on more challenging projects over time. Your contributions will directly impact the quality and security of our software, helping us to maintain our reputation as a leader in the industry. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and helping them develop their skills.
