Job Description
Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in software engineering, particularly in developing scalable applications. Your expertise in .NET and C# allows you to design and implement high-performance software solutions that meet user needs. You are familiar with cloud technologies, especially AWS, and understand how to leverage them in a microservices architecture. You have a strong grasp of the software development lifecycle, from design to deployment, and are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams.
You are a proactive problem solver who takes ownership of your work and strives for excellence in every project. Your ability to communicate effectively with product managers, UX designers, and QA teams ensures that you can deliver seamless, end-to-end solutions. You are passionate about continuous improvement and advocate for best practices in software development, including CI/CD methodologies.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of software features that align with product specifications. You will take ownership of the software development lifecycle, ensuring that architectural concepts are consistently applied across the product. Collaborating closely with the core R&D team, you will develop scalable, multi-tenant SaaS solutions that meet the highest standards of performance and reliability.
You will work with product management, UX, and DevOps teams to deliver integrated solutions that enhance user experience. Your responsibilities will include conducting unit testing, ensuring quality assurance, and mentoring junior engineers. You will also act as a product expert within R&D, understanding market positioning and product requirements to drive successful product delivery.
