What you'll do

As a Technical Account Manager at NICE, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and delivering AI-driven solutions across the NICE CXone ecosystem. You will work closely with clients to understand their business and technical requirements, ensuring that the solutions you provide are tailored to their needs. Your role will involve building and maintaining integrations using APIs and modern web technologies, as well as supporting testing, validation, and go-live activities to ensure successful deployments.

You will also develop proofs of concept (PoCs) and production-ready solution components, demonstrating the capabilities of the AI-driven solutions you implement. Your technical expertise will be crucial in diagnosing and resolving any issues that arise during the implementation process, ensuring that clients receive the highest level of service and support. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and contribute to the overall growth of the Professional Services team.
