Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience, along with 5 years of experience in program management. Your background includes working with Large Language Models (LLM), NLP, or Generative AI, and you have experience in software program management or engineering management. With 8 years of experience in program management of emerging technologies, you excel at delivering cross-functional technical projects and programs with multiple stakeholders in a fluid environment. You possess the ability to influence without authority, build cross-functional partnerships, and drive consensus. Your excellent communication, people management, and presentation skills allow you to articulate topics to both technical and non-technical audiences. You have strong technical acumen and leadership skills that span organizational and team boundaries.

What you'll do

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects using your engineering expertise. You will plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle, managing project schedules, identifying risks, and clearly communicating them to project stakeholders. You will contribute to product and program strategy by identifying opportunities, defining clear project goals, and ensuring alignment with broader gUP objectives. Your role will involve designing, implementing, and driving adoption of scalable frameworks, best practices, and data-driven OKRs to improve program execution, monitor health, and enhance communication with leadership. You will also be responsible for managing globally distributed teams across multiple time zones, ensuring that all team members are aligned and informed.
