You have a strong background in product management, ideally with experience in developing products that simplify complex workflows. You understand the needs of blue-collar teams and are passionate about creating solutions that enhance their work experience. You possess excellent communication skills and can collaborate effectively with engineering and design teams to bring your vision to life. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can balance multiple priorities while maintaining a focus on delivering value to users.
Desirable
Experience in payroll systems or HR technology would be a plus, as would familiarity with agile methodologies and user-centered design principles. You are data-driven and can leverage analytics to inform product decisions, ensuring that the features you develop meet user needs and drive engagement.
What you'll do
As the Product Manager for Payroll Plus, you will guide the product from its early MVP stage to a robust, scalable solution. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define the product roadmap, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery. Your role will involve conducting user research to gather insights and validate product concepts, as well as collaborating with internal payroll experts to ensure compliance and reliability in the product. You will also be responsible for managing stakeholder expectations and communicating progress to the broader team.
