What you'll do

As a Specialist Program Manager at NICE, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex programs across the CXone portfolio. This includes managing programs from concept through launch and post-release stabilization. You will develop deep product and domain expertise, proactively identifying gaps and dependencies that could impact program success.

You will drive and facilitate roadmap planning sessions with cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring alignment on priorities, scope, and execution plans. Your role will involve translating strategic objectives into clear program charters and measurable success criteria, guiding teams to deliver the right outcomes.

You will build and maintain integrated program plans that encompass scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and release plans. Your ability to challenge scope and drive decisions will be crucial in ensuring that teams deliver high-quality results. You will also track and report on program progress, providing stakeholders with regular updates and insights.
