Your deep understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques has equipped you to handle complex program execution effectively. You are a strategic thinker who can translate high-level goals into executable plans, ensuring alignment and prioritization across various workstreams.
Your proven track record of successfully managing large-scale programs demonstrates your ability to drive predictable, high-quality execution of strategic initiatives. You excel in establishing strong governance and operational cadence, which enhances transparency and decision-making within the organization. Your leadership style fosters a high-performance culture, enabling teams to focus on delivering exceptional results.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be the single-threaded owner for LOB-wide program execution, ensuring that all initiatives align with the strategic goals of the organization. You will partner directly with the VP and Senior Directors to create actionable roadmaps that facilitate predictable delivery of business-critical initiatives. Your focus will be on building and scaling a high-performing Program Management organization that enhances operational excellence.
You will drive the establishment of strong governance frameworks and prioritization processes across workstreams, ensuring that all projects are executed with the highest standards. Your role will involve improving transparency and decision velocity, which will ultimately boost executive confidence in delivery outcomes. You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing program management talent within the organization, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
