What you'll do

As a Program Manager at NICE, you will serve as a strategic partner to R&D leadership, facilitating operational excellence across various functions. You will own the annual budget planning and execution process, consolidating unit budgets, tracking variances, and forecasting potential risks. Your role will involve producing quarterly reviews and semiannual expense/revenue reports, ensuring that financial data is accurate and compliant with audit and capitalization standards. You will maintain executive-ready dashboards that provide insights into budget, spend, and key performance indicators.

In addition to financial oversight, you will lead cross-functional programs and portfolio governance, coordinating efforts across R&D, Product, HR, and Finance. You will set agendas for meetings, align project owners, and drive decisions to ensure that projects are delivered on time. Your ability to track follow-ups and coordinate infrastructure across projects will be crucial in maintaining operational efficiency. You will play a key role in enabling the R&D team to make smarter, more strategic decisions that align with the company's goals.
