Who you are

You have at least 4-7 years of experience in QA and automation positions, demonstrating a wide perspective on complex product solutions. Your background includes developing and maintaining automated tests, and you are committed to the quality of released content. You have a strong understanding of test design and strategy, and you are skilled in analyzing testing needs and defining QA activities. You thrive in a collaborative environment, actively engaging with other developers and QA professionals to improve processes and outcomes.

You possess deep expertise in automation tools and frameworks, particularly in Java and Python, and you are familiar with Selenium for automated testing. Your experience includes writing and maintaining end-to-end automated tests, as well as conducting code reviews and resolving defects encountered during the QA cycle. You are proactive in monitoring test and production environments, ensuring that quality standards are met consistently.

What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as the senior QA professional within the R&D group, taking an active role in process inspection and improvement. You will review new designs, challenge them to detect potential quality concerns, and propose effective solutions. Your responsibilities will include planning, defining, and executing tests as part of the team’s QA activities, continuously analyzing and challenging existing testing coverage, both manual and automated.

You will actively track the team’s tasks and analyze testing needs, defining QA activities and ownership. Your role will involve collaborating closely with developers to support the production environment and assist in the agile development process. You will also be responsible for writing and maintaining end-to-end automated tests, ensuring that the NiCE CXone software platform meets the highest quality standards.
