You have 4-7 years of experience in QA and automation roles, demonstrating a strong understanding of testing methodologies and automation frameworks. Your background includes developing and maintaining automated tests, ensuring the quality of complex software solutions. You are committed to quality and have a keen eye for detail, allowing you to identify potential issues before they reach production.
You possess a wide perspective on complex product solutions, enabling you to challenge designs and propose improvements. Your experience in agile development processes equips you to work effectively within cross-functional teams, collaborating with developers and product managers to enhance product quality. You are proactive in tracking tasks and analyzing testing needs, defining QA activities and ownership within your team.
What you'll do
As a Senior QA Automation Engineer at NiCE, you will develop and maintain automated tests for the NiCE CXone software platform. You will be responsible for test design and strategy, ensuring comprehensive coverage of product features. Your role involves conducting code reviews and resolving defects encountered during the QA cycle, actively contributing to the improvement of testing processes.
You will monitor both test and production environments, continuously analyzing existing testing coverage to identify gaps and areas for enhancement. Your expertise will guide the team in planning, defining, and executing tests as part of the QA activities. You will take an active role in process inspection and improvement, ensuring that the highest quality standards are met in all released content.
