What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for working with various stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for NICE Actimize's products. You will define functional product requirements that detail the necessary business logic and data integration needs. Additionally, you will outline non-functional requirements that address performance and serviceability aspects of the products.

You will collaborate with architects and R&D teams to understand the architectural implications of the requirements and ensure that all aspects of the product are well-defined. Your role will also involve interfacing with customers to gather feedback and refine requirements based on real-world usage and needs.
