Who you are

You have 4-8 years of experience in software development with a strong focus on front-end technologies. Your expertise includes web development frameworks and tools such as Angular, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript. You are also familiar with .NET and SQL, and you are ready to learn and work on .NET backend applications. You possess a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Electronics Engineering, or a related field from a reputed institute.

You have a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, including design, development, unit testing, bug fixing, and deployment. You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, UX, R&D, and DevOps, to ensure seamless integration of features. You are ambitious and ready to take on challenges, always striving to exceed expectations.

What you'll do

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at NICE, you will play a key role in developing a multi-region, multi-tenant SaaS product as part of the R&D team. You will leverage technologies like Angular (v.11), JavaScript, .NET, and AWS to build scalable, high-performance user interfaces in a cloud-first environment. You will contribute to the software development lifecycle, ensuring the consistent implementation of architectural concepts throughout the development process.

You will gain a strong understanding of the product’s purpose, requirements, and market needs, and you will work closely with QA teams to ensure high-quality deliverables. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to integrate features seamlessly, and you will be expected to mentor junior developers and share your knowledge with the team. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues that arise during the development process, ensuring that the product meets the highest standards of quality and performance.
