Job Description
Who you are
You have 5-7 years of experience in the IT industry, with a strong background in software development and a Bachelor's Degree in computer science or engineering. Your expertise includes 4+ years in pure development, with proven hands-on experience in PL/SQL, SQL, and various databases such as MongoDB, Postgres, MS-SQL, MySQL, and Oracle. You are comfortable using Unix commands and shell scripting, and you possess awareness of Python programming. Experience in a Cloud/AWS environment is a plus, and you have a basic understanding of DevOps tools like Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes. Your familiarity with the AML, Fraud, or Financial Market domains in Banking & Finance is highly valued.
What you'll do
As a Senior Professional Services Engineer at NICE, you will engage directly with customers to understand their business and technical needs, designing scalable solutions that meet those requirements. You will develop and configure software features according to design documents and enterprise software standards, ensuring that all solutions are robust and effective. Your role will involve troubleshooting advanced issues and providing strategic technical guidance to clients, supporting them during user acceptance testing. You will interface independently with various R&D and Professional Services groups, as well as Customer Support, to ensure seamless communication and resolution of any technical queries. Working in the USA (EST) shift zone, you will be part of a dynamic team that values innovation and excellence.
