Who you are

You are a strategic leader with extensive experience in release management, capable of driving enterprise-wide release strategies and governance frameworks. You have a proven track record of orchestrating complex, large-scale SaaS releases and ensuring high availability and reliability in software delivery. Your ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product, and Operations, sets you apart as a collaborative force in the organization.

You possess strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of release processes, change management, and automation across the software development lifecycle (SDLC). You are adept at risk assessment and decision-making, ensuring that all releases align with business priorities and meet stringent uptime requirements. Your leadership style fosters a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own and evolve the enterprise release management strategy, ensuring that best practices are implemented across the organization. You will lead the planning, orchestration, and execution of complex SaaS releases, coordinating efforts across multiple teams and services. As the primary release authority, you will assess readiness and make go/no-go decisions that align with business objectives.

You will drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance release processes and increase reliability, leveraging automation to streamline operations. Your collaboration with Engineering, Product, QA, Operations, Security, and Support teams will be crucial in aligning dependencies and achieving successful release outcomes. You will also be responsible for mentoring team members and fostering a culture of excellence within the release management function.
