What you'll do
As a Software Engineer at NiCE, you will contribute to the development, testing, and continuous improvement of the NiCE CX software platform. You will design and build scalable, secure, and maintainable code while participating in code reviews to uphold coding standards. You will troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise in both development and production environments, ensuring that the software runs smoothly and efficiently.
You will support CI/CD workflows and infrastructure, collaborating closely with your team to drive technical excellence. Your role will involve engaging with new technologies and development practices, allowing you to grow your expertise and contribute meaningfully to the projects you work on. You will be part of a talent pool, ready to step into new opportunities as they arise within the company.
