You have a strong background in software engineering with a focus on developer experience — you understand the importance of streamlined and efficient workflows in a fast-paced environment. Your experience includes working with CI/CD tools and optimizing development processes to enhance productivity and satisfaction among developers. You are familiar with container orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes and have hands-on experience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform. You are also knowledgeable about security practices and compliance, ensuring that software delivery is both secure and efficient.

Desirable

Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana and Sentry is a plus, as is familiarity with automated security solutions like Snyk. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, SRE, Security, and QA, to improve product quality and operational excellence.

What you'll do

As a DevEx Engineer at NICE, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the development experience for our engineering teams. You will focus on optimizing CI/CD pipelines, implementing caching and parallelization strategies to improve performance and resource usage. Your work will involve building internal tooling and workflows that empower developers and boost their productivity. You will also be responsible for standardizing development environments, ensuring they are scalable and reproducible using Kubernetes and Helm.

In addition, you will implement automated solutions to enforce security and compliance practices, working with tools like Vanta and Snyk to ensure secure software delivery. You will improve logging, alerting, and insight generation using monitoring tools such as Grafana and Kibana, contributing to better observability of our systems. Your contributions will directly impact the speed and quality of our software delivery, making you a key enabler for our engineering organization.
