Who you are

You have 3-5 years of experience in content analysis or a related field, with a strong understanding of metadata standards and best practices. Your ability to analyze and develop solutions for editorial and operational needs ensures the accuracy of descriptors. You are adept at using content management systems and possess strong research, rephrasing, and rewriting skills. A problem-solving mindset and willingness to take initiative while mitigating risks are essential traits you bring to the team. You are familiar with Google Suite and can communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

What you'll do

In this role, you will work as an expert editorial analyst on the content team, identifying the precise descriptive metadata for film and TV programs. Your responsibilities include understanding the plot and tagging projects with a variety of keywords that describe mood, theme, and scenario without giving away spoilers. You will analyze, develop, and recommend solutions for editorial and operational needs to ensure the accuracy of descriptors. Additionally, you will provide feedback to improve metadata standards and best practices, adapting to changing requirements to meet the needs of other teams and tools.
