What you'll do

As the Site Lead for Amazon's Last Mile operations, you will oversee the Transportation team, ensuring efficient and effective operations. You will be responsible for identifying strengths and weaknesses within the team and suggesting actionable improvements. Your role will involve mapping business processes and implementing strategies that enhance operational performance.

You will lead initiatives that drive scalable improvements across Fulfillment Centers and Transportation execution teams. Your leadership will be crucial in navigating challenges and ensuring that the team meets its goals. You will work closely with various stakeholders to align operations with business objectives and customer needs.
