What you'll do

As the Brand & Social Lead, you will own and grow Nitra’s social media presence, crafting compelling narratives that highlight the impact of our fintech and software solutions on healthcare practices. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our messaging aligns with our overall brand strategy and resonates with our target audience. Regular travel to client sites will be required to shoot content and engage with customers directly, allowing you to capture authentic stories that reflect our brand's mission.

You will analyze social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly, ensuring that we are meeting our engagement goals. Your role will involve not just content creation but also community management, responding to inquiries and fostering discussions that enhance our brand's reputation.
