As the first dedicated compliance officer at Nitra, you will be instrumental in establishing a comprehensive compliance framework that aligns with the company's mission to improve the healthcare system through innovative fintech solutions.
You possess excellent analytical skills and a keen eye for detail, allowing you to identify potential compliance issues before they arise. Your ability to act self-sufficiently and manage multiple projects simultaneously will be crucial as you work closely with the General Counsel and other stakeholders to ensure that Nitra adheres to all regulatory requirements.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures that align with Nitra's business objectives. You will conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and you will provide guidance to the team on compliance-related matters. Your expertise will help shape the company's compliance culture and ensure that all employees understand their responsibilities in maintaining compliance.
You will also collaborate with various departments to identify compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
