Desirable

What you'll do

As the Compliance Officer, you will oversee the organization’s legal and compliance framework, ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements applicable to the Strategic Business Unit (SBU) operating in GIFT City. You will establish, update, and monitor internal policies, procedures, and controls to maintain compliance with IFSCA and other regulatory guidelines. Your role will involve reviewing and interpreting regulatory updates, ensuring timely implementation across the business, and liaising with regulatory bodies, auditors, and internal teams regarding compliance matters.

You will work closely with the Board of Directors to design and implement compliance programs that align with the organization’s strategic goals. Your responsibilities will include monitoring compliance risks and developing strategies to mitigate them. You will also be responsible for conducting regular compliance audits and assessments to ensure that the organization adheres to all legal and regulatory requirements.
