Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in compliance and regulatory frameworks, particularly in the context of financial services. Your experience includes a deep understanding of AML/CFT requirements and the ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes. You are a proven leader, capable of guiding teams through compliance challenges while fostering a culture of integrity and accountability.
You thrive in fast-paced environments and are adept at managing multiple priorities. Your analytical skills allow you to assess risks effectively and implement robust compliance strategies. You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams and can communicate complex regulatory concepts clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
What you'll do
In this role, you will support and strengthen Nium's regulatory compliance framework in Hong Kong. You will be responsible for ensuring adherence to AML/CFT requirements applicable to our MSO operations. This includes developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures, conducting risk assessments, and providing training to staff on compliance matters.
You will work closely with various teams to ensure that compliance is integrated into all aspects of the business. Your leadership will be critical in fostering a culture of compliance and ensuring that all operations align with regulatory standards. You will also be involved in liaising with regulatory authorities and managing audits and inspections.
