Who you are
You have a strong understanding of financial markets and regulatory frameworks, particularly in Hong Kong and China Connect markets. Your attention to detail ensures that compliance standards are met consistently, and you thrive in a collaborative environment where you can contribute to a global compliance team. You are committed to maintaining high standards of integrity and professionalism in all aspects of your work.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to educate and inform team members about compliance requirements and changes in regulations. Your ability to speak Cantonese and fluency in English are essential for effective collaboration in this role. You are energized by working in a fast-paced environment and are adaptable to the dynamic nature of the trading industry.
What you'll do
As a Compliance Manager at DRW, you will ensure compliance with SFC and HKEX rules and regulations, focusing on Type 1 and Type 2 regulated activities. You will monitor regulatory developments and interpret new rules, providing guidance to the team on compliance matters. Your role will involve educating staff about compliance requirements and fostering a culture of compliance within the organization. You will work closely with the Head of Compliance for the APAC region, contributing to the overall compliance strategy and initiatives.
