You have extensive experience in procurement management, ideally with a focus on global operations. Your background includes overseeing purchasing processes and vendor management, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. You are adept at optimizing company spend and driving operational excellence across various business units.
You possess strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset, allowing you to assess procurement systems and implement improvements effectively. Your ability to collaborate cross-functionally is key, as you will partner with different teams to enforce policies and enhance procurement efficiency. You are a proactive leader who can manage a diverse team and foster a culture of accountability and performance.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement function across all Nium entities, ensuring compliance and efficiency in purchasing activities. You will oversee vendor management processes, negotiating contracts and maintaining relationships with key suppliers to optimize costs and service delivery. Your role will involve analyzing procurement data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings, as well as implementing best practices in procurement processes.
You will work closely with finance and operational teams to align procurement strategies with overall business objectives. This includes developing and enforcing procurement policies that support Nium's mission and operational goals. You will also lead initiatives to enhance procurement systems, ensuring they are efficient and user-friendly for all stakeholders.
