You have over 5 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management, demonstrating a strong ability to develop and implement procurement strategies that align with business goals. You possess excellent negotiation skills and have a proven track record of managing supplier relationships effectively. Your analytical mindset allows you to assess market trends and make data-driven decisions that enhance procurement efficiency.
You are a strong communicator, capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on procurement objectives. You understand the importance of stakeholder engagement and can effectively manage expectations while driving results. Your leadership style fosters a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within your team.
Desirable
Experience in the technology sector is a plus, as is familiarity with AI and machine learning applications in procurement. You are adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced environment, ready to tackle challenges with a proactive approach.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the procurement team at InMobi, overseeing all aspects of procurement operations. You will develop and execute procurement strategies that optimize costs while ensuring quality and timely delivery of goods and services. Your responsibilities will include conducting market research to identify potential suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier performance to ensure compliance with agreements.
You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and provide solutions that enhance operational efficiency. By leveraging data analytics, you will monitor procurement metrics and identify areas for improvement, driving initiatives that lead to cost savings and process enhancements.
As a Senior Manager, you will mentor and develop your team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning. You will also be responsible for reporting procurement performance to senior management, providing insights and recommendations based on your analysis.
