Nium is hiring a Senior Manager for Reporting & Analytics in Risk & Compliance to transition the organization from reactive risk reporting to proactive risk intelligence. This role requires expertise in regulatory compliance and analytics.

Who you are
You have a strong background in risk management and compliance, with a focus on analytics and reporting. Your experience includes developing frameworks that enhance regulatory confidence through transparent and auditable processes. You understand the importance of data-driven decision-making in risk management and have a proven track record of implementing effective reporting systems.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to convey complex risk concepts to stakeholders at all levels. Your analytical mindset allows you to interpret data effectively and derive actionable insights that drive organizational improvements. You are proactive in identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.
What you'll do
