Who you are
You have a strong background in data center operations, with experience managing day-to-day activities in a high-frequency trading environment. Your expertise includes hardware installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting, ensuring that trading infrastructure operates smoothly and efficiently. You are proactive in identifying areas for optimization and have a mindset focused on automation and innovation.
You possess a high level of accountability and ownership of your work, demonstrating the ability to lead infrastructure projects from planning through implementation. You are comfortable working extended hours or weekends as necessary and are prepared to provide 24x7 on-call support in emergency situations. Your collaborative approach fosters a dynamic work environment that reflects a startup culture.
What you'll do
As the Data Center Operations Manager, you will be the linchpin of our high-frequency trading operations, ensuring optimal performance of our production clusters. You will manage the day-to-day operations in our data centers, coordinating on-site tasks and maintaining the smooth functioning of trading infrastructure to minimize downtime. Your role will involve driving infrastructure-related projects end-to-end, from planning and resource allocation to implementation and post-deployment reviews. You will lead initiatives to scale, optimize, and upgrade infrastructure in line with business and trading growth, taking ownership of timelines, budgets, and cross-functional coordination.
