What you'll do
In this role, you will lead and evolve NK Securities Research’s campus hiring strategy across India’s top universities, including IITs and NITs. You will partner with senior leadership to identify future talent needs and develop scalable hiring initiatives that attract the best early-career professionals. Your responsibilities will include designing and launching innovative early-talent programs, ensuring that NK Securities Research stands out as an employer of choice among students.
You will engage with academic partners and internal stakeholders to elevate the company's presence at university events, presentations, and career fairs.
