You understand the nuances of campus recruitment cycles and have experience managing the end-to-end recruitment process for interns and full-time hires. You are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive hiring environment, ensuring that every candidate has a positive experience throughout the recruitment journey.
You possess strong communication skills and can effectively translate business needs into actionable hiring plans. You are comfortable collaborating with engineering and research teams to identify the skills and qualifications needed for various roles. Your ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders alike sets you apart as a strategic partner in the recruitment process.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent from universities, focusing on BS, MS, and PhD candidates. You will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers. Your role will involve collaborating closely with engineering and research teams to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
You will also support Tech/G&A recruiting teams during off-peak seasons, ensuring that the recruitment pipeline remains strong throughout the year. Your commitment to providing a world-class candidate experience will be paramount, as you guide candidates through the recruitment process and ensure they feel valued and informed.
