Who you are
You are a recent graduate or soon-to-be graduate with a degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering from a leading institution, specifically from the 2026 batch. You possess exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills that enable you to tackle complex financial data sets effectively. Your proficiency in programming languages, particularly C++ and C, allows you to develop and enhance trading models efficiently. You have a working knowledge of Linux and Python, which are essential for the analytical tasks you will undertake. You approach challenges with a curious mindset and a passion for understanding complex systems, demonstrating a disciplined and consistent work ethic. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are part of your toolkit, enabling you to collaborate effectively with traders and other team members.
Desirable
While not mandatory, any additional experience or coursework related to financial markets or high-frequency trading would be advantageous. Familiarity with shell scripting can also enhance your contributions to the team.
What you'll do
