Who you are
You have experience in automated trading systems and trading operations — you understand the intricacies of high-frequency trading and can supervise live trades effectively. Your background includes market monitoring and live trade supervision, allowing you to assess trading performance in real-time. You are proficient in risk management within a trading context, ensuring that strategies are adjusted based on market conditions. Your technical skills include familiarity with Linux and Python, which you use to build and deploy trading monitoring software. You possess strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills, enabling you to work closely with quantitative researchers and software developers.
What you'll do
As a Trade Monitor, you will start and supervise automated trading systems across multiple exchanges. You will be responsible for understanding high-frequency trading strategies and making necessary adjustments to strategy parameters during live trading. Your role involves building, testing, and deploying trading monitoring software to analyze strategy metrics in real-time. You will collaborate with quantitative researchers and software developers to test and deploy updates in trading infrastructure and GUI. Additionally, you will assess live trading for risk and technical issues, responding quickly to any unusual behaviors or market conditions.
