Who you are

You have a strong background in people operations and office management, ideally with experience in a tech or fast-growing environment. You enjoy deeply understanding problems and delivering solutions, both individually and as part of a team. You are proactive and can set your own priorities while managing multiple tasks effectively. You are the go-to person for employees navigating questions about their equity, benefits, or workplace policies, and you have experience working with benefits brokers and payroll providers.

You are committed to creating a positive employee experience and understand the importance of compliance coordination and new hire onboarding. You thrive in a dynamic environment and are passionate about fostering a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion. You have excellent communication skills and can build trust with employees at all levels.

What you'll do

As Northslope's first People Operations and Office Manager, you will manage many aspects of the employee experience for our UK team while ensuring the London office operates smoothly. You will handle benefits administration, payroll, and compliance coordination, working closely with UK benefits brokers and payroll providers. You will also be responsible for onboarding new hires and addressing employee inquiries regarding workplace policies.

In addition to people operations, you will ensure that the London office is equipped with the necessary technology and resources to support our growing team. You will play a key role in creating a positive workplace culture and ensuring that employees feel supported and engaged. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to implement initiatives that enhance the employee experience and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
