What you'll do
As a Software Engineer on the Mail team, you will be responsible for developing the backend systems that power Notion Mail. This includes designing and implementing data models and asynchronous workflows that ensure high-quality syncing and AI-driven features. You will work on services that enhance inbox intelligence, such as auto-triage and auto-drafting workflows, ensuring reliability and observability in all aspects of the system.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to define requirements and deliver impactful features. Your role will involve meaningful ownership of the product, allowing you to shape its foundation and direction. You will also participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall improvement of the engineering practices within the team.
