You have a strong background in technical sales or solutions engineering, ideally with experience in software or SaaS environments. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. You are adept at responding to advanced product and technical questions, RFPs, and security questionnaires in a precise and timely manner. Your ability to provide thoughtful technical guidance throughout the sales process is a key strength, ensuring customers can successfully deploy solutions that meet their business goals.
You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with sales teams to drive customer success. Your experience with integrating software solutions into existing tech stacks will be invaluable as you help customers navigate their implementation journeys. You understand the importance of in-person collaboration and are committed to being present in the office on designated Anchor Days, fostering a strong team culture.
What you'll do
As a Solutions Engineer at Notion, you will partner with members of the sales organization to engage with prospective and existing customers. Your role will involve responding to advanced product and technical inquiries, ensuring that customers receive the information they need to make informed decisions. You will provide technical guidance throughout the sales process, focusing on enabling customers to deploy Notion effectively within their organizations.
