You are comfortable working in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office collaboration with remote work.

What you'll do

In this role, you will deliver exceptional pre-sales support, guiding customers through the implementation of OpenAI's solutions. You will partner with senior business stakeholders to understand their needs and help shape their AI strategy. Your responsibilities will include conducting product demonstrations, scoping use cases, and providing proof of concepts to showcase the value of our offerings. You will also serve as a technical expert, addressing security and compliance questions, and ensuring that customers feel confident in their decisions.

You will collaborate closely with both business and technical teams, ensuring that the solutions you recommend align with customer goals and technical requirements. Your role will involve continuous learning about our products and the evolving landscape of AI, allowing you to provide informed recommendations and insights to clients.
