What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the development and scaling of generative models specifically designed for autonomous plan generation. You will leverage your expertise to create models that can generate safe, comfortable, and efficient driving behaviors in various real-world scenarios. Your work will involve applying cutting-edge generative modeling techniques and collaborating closely with the Learned Behavior teams to address plan generation challenges.

You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of your models, from initial research and development to productization for robust deployments. This includes conducting experiments, analyzing results, and iterating on your models to ensure they meet the high standards required for autonomous driving applications. You will also engage in knowledge sharing and mentorship within your team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
