What you'll do

As the Senior HR Generalist, you will be the main HR contact for U.S. employees, ensuring that they have a consistent and positive experience throughout their employment journey. You will prepare payroll updates and manage employee relations, addressing any concerns that arise. Your role will involve developing and implementing HR policies that reflect the company's values and support employee engagement. You will work closely with leaders and managers to nurture a culture of inclusivity and collaboration. Additionally, you will partner with the Taiwan HR team to align processes and systems, ensuring a cohesive approach to HR across different regions.
