What you'll do

As a Senior HR Generalist at Spotify, you will play a crucial role in supporting HR operations in the Japan and Korea markets. You will be responsible for managing the employee lifecycle, from onboarding new hires to facilitating ongoing training and development initiatives. Your expertise in Workday will be essential as you process employee data and ensure compliance with local regulations.

You will partner closely with local business leaders and HR Business Partners to deliver world-class employee support — your role will involve addressing employee queries, managing employee relations cases, and overseeing local benefits administration. You will also collaborate with Employment Legal, Talent Acquisition, and Payroll teams to ensure a seamless HR experience for employees.

Your ability to connect with the broader JAPAC/SAMEA team will be vital as you align local HR strategies with global initiatives. You will contribute to creating a positive workplace culture by promoting employee engagement and satisfaction. Your insights and recommendations will help shape HR policies and practices that support the business's goals and objectives.
