What you'll do
As the Paid Media Manager at Odeko, you will take full ownership of our paid media strategy and execution. You will manage all paid acquisition channels, including Meta and Google, to drive qualified leads and direct revenue growth. Your role will involve inheriting programs currently managed by an external agency and transitioning this work in-house. You will oversee campaign builds, audience segmentation, and budget management, ensuring that all initiatives align with our business goals. You will analyze performance data to identify trends and insights, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns for maximum impact. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop creative strategies that resonate with our target audience and enhance brand visibility. You will also be responsible for reporting on campaign performance and presenting findings to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment across the organization.
