You have over 3 years of experience in digital paid media roles, particularly with platforms like TikTok, Meta, and YouTube. Your deep understanding of the paid social advertising landscape allows you to navigate complex campaigns effectively, ensuring optimal performance and client satisfaction. You are comfortable working with clients and teams across multiple countries and time zones, showcasing your strong communication skills and adaptability. You thrive in a data-driven environment, using analytics to inform your decisions and enhance campaign performance. Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships across departments and with clients is a key asset in your role. You are proactive in staying up to date with channel updates and trends, ensuring that your strategies are always aligned with the latest best practices.
What you'll do
As a Paid Media Manager at Kyra, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and implementing digital campaigns across key paid channels, focusing primarily on TikTok and Meta. You will activate campaigns and analyze results to make optimizations that maximize performance against KPIs. Your role will involve using a 'test and learn' approach to continually improve campaign outcomes, making data-led recommendations to enhance performance. You will present findings to clients regularly, reporting on campaign performance and justifying decisions that drive client success. Collaborating closely with the Director of Paid Strategy, you will ensure that all campaigns are strategically aligned with client goals and expectations. Your insights will help shape the future of creator marketing, where data, creativity, technology, and AI converge to empower creators and drive business impact.
