Odyssey is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the growth and program operations of their educational platform. You have 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in growth and operations. You are a systems thinker who enjoys solving complex problems through innovative product solutions. Your passion for education drives you to create accessible tools that empower families and students. You thrive in cross-functional environments, collaborating with engineering, design, and operations teams to deliver impactful results. You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable using data to inform your decisions. You believe in the mission of making education accessible to all, regardless of income or location.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the product roadmap for Odyssey, focusing on scaling the platform as it expands into new states. You will work closely with various teams to develop configurable systems that streamline the launch and management of Education Savings Account (ESA) programs. Your responsibilities will include defining product requirements, conducting user research, and prioritizing features that align with the company's mission. You will also be responsible for tracking key performance metrics to measure the success of the products you manage. As the team grows, you will mentor junior product managers and contribute to building a strong product culture within the organization.
