You have 5-6 years of experience in influencer marketing, demonstrating a strong understanding of how to create and execute successful campaigns that resonate with target audiences. Your trend-savvy nature allows you to stay ahead of cultural shifts and customer attitudes, ensuring that your strategies are always relevant and effective. You are self-motivated and ambitious, thriving in a collaborative environment where you can lead a team of Influencer Executives to achieve outstanding results. Your ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining an updated influencer database is key to your success in this role.

Desirable

Experience working with beauty brands or in the beauty industry is a plus, as it gives you unique insights into the market and consumer behavior. Familiarity with various social media platforms and their influencer ecosystems will enhance your ability to identify the right influencers for each campaign. You should also possess strong communication skills, enabling you to liaise effectively with clients and internal teams.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for driving successful influencer marketing campaigns that align with the brand's objectives. You will lead a team of Influencer Executives, guiding them in the identification, implementation, and oversight of influencer campaigns. Your responsibilities will include maintaining an updated influencer database, ensuring that you are informed about the latest cultural trends and customer attitudes. You will work closely with clients to ensure seamless campaign execution and impactful results, providing regular reports on campaign performance and insights.

You will also be tasked with developing creative strategies that leverage influencer partnerships to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that all campaigns are aligned with the overall marketing strategy and brand messaging. Your role will require you to analyze campaign data and metrics to refine strategies and improve future campaigns, ensuring continuous growth and success.
