What you'll do

In this role, you will work closely with the Global Workplace Manager and a global team to ensure that the office runs smoothly. You will be responsible for maintaining a welcoming environment that aligns with Ogury's global Workplace standards. Your tasks will include coordinating office logistics, assisting with onboarding new employees, and supporting various workplace initiatives. You will also help organize events and activities that foster team engagement and collaboration. Your proactive approach will be essential in identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions that enhance the overall workplace experience.
