What you'll do

In this internship, you will work directly with the Director of People Operations Global, gaining hands-on experience in various People Operations projects. You will assist in developing and implementing strategies that improve the employee experience across the organization. Your role will involve collaborating with People & Office teams in multiple regions to ensure consistency and quality in employee engagement initiatives. You will participate in meetings and contribute ideas that align with Ogury's vision of creating a unique and winning culture. You will also have the opportunity to learn about the tools and processes that support effective People Operations.
