You have a strong background in AI and security, with experience in technical leadership roles that bridge customer needs with product offerings. Your ability to innovate and create laboratory assets is complemented by your strategic mindset, ensuring that sales and engineering teams are aligned in their goals. You thrive in environments that require collaboration and communication across various teams, and you are passionate about customer engagement and satisfaction.

Your experience includes developing reference architectures and creating standardized guides for proof of concepts. You understand the importance of aligning technical execution with field realities, and you are adept at messaging complex strategies in a way that resonates with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You are a lifelong learner, always seeking to improve your skills and knowledge in the rapidly evolving field of AI.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the development of lab and demo assets that showcase Okta’s AI Security capabilities. You will work closely with sales teams to create strategies that enhance sales velocity and ensure that pricing strategies are aligned with market realities. Your responsibilities will include defining and messaging Okta’s Securing AI strategy, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned from the initial pitch to successful implementation and renewal.

You will also be responsible for developing reference architectures and whitepapers that guide customers through the adoption of AI products. Your role will require you to act as a technical partner to customers, helping them navigate their AI journey with Okta’s offerings. You will engage with engineering teams to ensure that customer feedback is incorporated into product development, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
