Who you are
You have a strong background in customer experience and operations, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a fast-moving tech company. You have partnered closely with Product and Engineering teams to roll out new features or workflows, demonstrating your ability to collaborate effectively across departments. Your experience with AI tools, automation platforms, or conversational systems positions you well to lead initiatives that enhance customer interactions. You possess a winner's mindset and are driven by a commitment to excellence and operational efficiency.
What you'll do
As the CX Enablement Lead at Decagon, you will play a central role in designing the operating systems that support our customer-facing teams as they grow and scale. You will be responsible for building the foundation for how our forward-deployed teams operate and deliver AI agents at scale. This includes developing strategies to enhance customer experiences across various channels, including voice, chat, email, and SMS. You will work closely with the Strategy & Ops team to ensure that our operational processes are efficient and effective, enabling our teams to meet the demands of our expanding customer base. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of excellence and innovation within the organization.
