You possess excellent problem-solving skills, enabling you to support and resolve production issues effectively. Your experience in conducting root cause analysis helps you identify and address failures in the P2P process, ensuring continuous improvement.

Your familiarity with integrations between Coupa and third-party systems showcases your technical proficiency and ability to manage complex system interactions. You are comfortable using Coupa's integration tools and flat file uploads to streamline processes.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and maintaining the Coupa core system settings, workflows, approval chains, and security roles. You will work closely with the TDI and Finance teams to ensure that the Coupa platform effectively supports the organization's P2P and invoicing processes.

You will provide functional consulting and best practices for Coupa processes, helping to optimize workflows and enhance user experience. Your role will involve testing and implementing system solutions, ensuring that they meet the needs of the business and comply with best practices.

You will also manage and support integrations between Coupa and third-party systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process efficiency. Your ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues will be critical in maintaining system performance and reliability.
